Online Fitness Programmes

John Hugh Fitness offers bespoke online training sessions to fit your lifestyle, exercise preferences and equipment. Delivered by a fitness app, the 12-week programmes are progressive with weekly email catch ups and monthly video meetings.

Each workout is accompanied by step-by-step instructions alongside picture and video guides.

About John

I have been training since my early 20s and have built a wealth of knowledge, specialising in resistance training.

My particular focus and passion in using fitness to enhance overall well-being.

I qualified from YMCA Fit completing Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. In addition to this I have gained YMCA Fit qualifications in Circuit Training, Exercise Nutrition and Training in Different Environments.
